Our Purpose, History & Vision
Desert Accounting and Business Support (DABS) is a Not-for-Profit organisation specialising in supporting Aboriginal corporations and enterprises, communities, projects on Aboriginal land, and those negotiating Native Title claims.
DABS provides services in:
- human resources,
- finance
- payroll
- accounting
- administration
- related training
- trusts
We have been delivering services to Aboriginal people of the Central Desert since 2013 as part of Central Desert Native Title Services (Central Desert).
In March 2022, DABS was officially created as an independent wholly owned subsidiary of Central Desert to provide specific, tailored services to people.
Our vision is to work with our clients to create a positive impact.
Our approach is based on collaboration, to find solutions together that support our clients’ aims and outcomes.
